Courtney and Wesley, a couple from New York, chose this breathtaking Italian castle for their unforgettable celebration, inviting guests from across the U.S. to experience a weekend immersed in history, beauty, and authentic Italian charm.

A Perfect Welcome Event: Pizza Night at CastelBrando

The wedding weekend opened on Friday with a warm and lively Italian pizza party at the Fucna Restaurant. Long communal tables, wood-fired ovens, and the scent of authentic Italian pizza created a relaxed atmosphere where guests immediately felt embraced by the spirit of Italy.

To elevate the experience, together with Courtney and Wesley we designed a custom welcome bags featuring Italian products and a bespoke printed design—an elegant touch that introduced guests to the theme of their destination wedding.

The evening continued with a ceremony rehearsal inside the castle’s intimate private church, a charming historical space that set the emotional tone for the next day.

The Wedding Day: Elegance Among the Clouds

Saturday arrived wrapped in soft clouds gently surrounding the castle—an atmospheric, cinematic backdrop for a CastelBrando wedding.

While Courtney and Wesley shared intimate moments with their wedding party, vendors prepared each detail with precision. The décor was intentionally designed to reflect and enhance CastelBrando’s architecture, with elements that echoed its timeless aesthetic, stone textures, and historical character.

For the floral design, the bride selected white arrangements with a subtle pink accent, a palette that expressed her personal elegance while beautifully complementing the castle’s surroundings.

Ceremony and Reception

The ceremony took place in the small church of San Martino on the private piazzetta of CastelBrando, overlooking the mountains. The weather guided the celebration indoors as planned—yet the clouds graciously allowed a beautiful processional and a stunning panoramic aperitivo in the Piazza di San Martino before the rain arrived.

Dinner was hosted inside the grand hall of the castle—an atmospheric setting where candlelight, high ceilings, and historic décor created a refined and intimate ambiance. Speeches, toasts, and heartfelt moments filled the evening, capturing the essence of the couple’s journey from New York to Italy.

Cake Cutting & Party in the Cantina di Ottone

Later, the celebration continued in the evocative Cantina di Ottone. In its charming outdoor garden facing the tower, the couple enjoyed their cake cutting and first dances under the glow of night lights—an unforgettable moment blending history and magic.

Once inside, the atmosphere shifted: the cocktail bar opened, the DJ set ignited the room, and guests danced late into the night, completing a perfect Italian destination wedding experience.
